Product Details
PartInspect L, a standardized, fully automated 3D measurement system, combines Hexagon structured light scanning technology with flexible robotic performance and uses advanced automation technology to meet the growing demand for fast structured light scanning solutions in industrial applications.
PartInspect L uses standardized robot and turntable components, optional integrated DPA photogrammetry system, based on CAD data, can provide interactive scan planning, robot path generation and anti-collision system and other advanced automation features, providing true automated 3D scanning capabilities, including automatic scanning, Parts inspection and report generation functions.
Pre-installed and configured in the factory, PartInspect L provides plug-and-play functionality and can be installed in one day without any engineering work. The measurement system can be used offline or online and provides complete or statistical quality control as required.
PartInspect L has passed CE certification, with high efficiency version and high-end version of two configurations, can be selected according to actual needs, efficient version of PrimeScan scanner or high-end version of StereoScan neo scanner. Thus complete the inspection and scanning of various parts such as blades, auto parts, plastic parts, castings, mobile phones and electronic products.
