LaserTRACER-NG laser interferometer that can automatically track the mirror, similar to the measurement principle of global positioning system (GPS) multi-point positioning, only through the measurement of spatial distance to obtain spatial position information. It can realize the sub-micron precision measurement analysis and calibration compensation of coordinate measuring machine or machine spatial geometric error.
