Product Details
1.HP-S-X1 series measuring head is divided into three models: HP-S-X1S/HP-S-X1H/HP-S-X1C. The HP-S-X1S and HP-S-X1H are connected to the automatic rotating measuring base for use. The HP-S-X1C can be directly placed on the Z axis for use. The carrying capacity of the three is slightly different, and all support uninterrupted continuous scanning function;
2.HP-S-X3C: fixed analog scanning probe, directly installed on the Z axis, support uninterrupted continuous scanning measurement;
3.HP-S-X5(HD): Fixed analog scanning probe, divided into HP-S-X5 and HP-S-X5HD models, HP-S-X5 HD is an upgraded version of the HP-S-X5, carrying capacity has also been improved. The temperature sensor option can be configured to automatically and accurately obtain the temperature data of the workpiece surface, perform accurate compensation and obtain accurate measurement results.
4.LSP-S2(SCAN ):LSP-S2(SCAN) using analog probe design. After the touch, the space vector measurement is carried out at the same time, with ultra-high precision and repeatability. High-precision dynamic detection technology, no mechanical pre-deviation before contact, maintenance-free design. Support high-speed scanning of unknown and known surfaces, accurate custom center measurement, VHSS variable high-speed scanning measurement.
5.LSP-S4:LSP-S4 are high resolution, low force measuring heads. Support dynamic single-point touch measurement, self-centering measurement and VHSS variable high-speed scanning measurement. Using the probe extension rod, the horizontal direction of the continuous high-speed scanning probe LSP-S4 can reach up to 800mm, so it can measure the internal characteristics of the workpiece under test. In addition, due to the integration of the automatic weight balance system, the LSP-S4 can carry a maximum of 1000g.
