BRAVO HP series horizontal arm measuring machines achieve perfect measurement of ultra-high speed and ultra-high precision in a wide temperature band environment. They are widely used in global automobile manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Toyota, GM, Ford, Honda, and Fiat.

CLIMA dynamic compensation technology is based on the arithmetic model of mechanical structure to realize temperature structural compensation, which not only takes into account the linear expansion of the material, but also takes into account the complex structural deformation of the measuring machine. Using CLIMA technology, the measuring machine can complete high-precision measurement in the environment of 16-32 ℃, temperature gradient of 1.5 ℃ /h,1 ℃ /m,3 ℃ /24h.
Equipped with Active technology (real-time structural temperature compensation), it can complete the size detection task in the production environment of 16-32 ℃ and temperature gradient of 5 ℃. Based on the data measured by the temperature sensor network distributed in the core part and the workpiece, the correction of the workpiece size data is completed.
At the same time, the measuring machine can also increase its temperature adaptability by adding a cover.
3. Powerful detection system
For BIW detection, it is necessary to use a long probe and a special detection angle (to realize the measurement of key points). When using non-contact measurement, the detection angle is particularly important, which directly affects the measurement accuracy.
BRAVO HP series measuring machines can adopt HEXAGON Group's HH-ACW-43MW infinity rotary measuring seat and HH-A automatic indexing measuring seat, which can ensure full contact with the measured workpiece. With the automatic changing rack, different probe configurations can be changed according to measurement requirements during the measurement process. HH-ACW-43MW support non-contact probe, such as HP-L series laser scanning probe.
