GLOBAL Touch is suitable for high-precision trigger measurement requirements of size feature class.
GLOBAL Touch is equipped with Hexagon automatic indexing measuring seat and high-precision 6-direction trigger measuring head, which can be flexibly positioned in the measurement process and realize rapid measurement of workpiece size information of different shapes.
In addition, the multi-port module changing rack enables quick and repeatable replacement of probe modules with different trigger forces and probe configurations without the need for recalibration after replacement, further simplifying the measurement cycle.

GLOBAL Scan is suitable for high-efficiency scanning measurement requirements of shape features
GLOBAL Scan adds contact scanning for potential application scenarios. Through contact scanning, a large number of surface points can be captured in a short time, resulting in highly accurate shape and profile measurement of parts.
GLOBAL Scan combines contact scanning capability with the flexibility of automatic seating. The scanning probe can be positioned at different spatial angles to easily measure more complex workpieces. The included stylus replacement rack enables quick replacement of the stylus configuration in the measurement program while ensuring accuracy and reliability, thus speeding up the inspection process.

GLOBAL Optics is suitable for high-precision and fast measurement of the surface contour of sensitive materials
GLOBAL Optics comes standard with a confocal white light sensor, which is ideal for surface shape measurement of transparent workpieces, sensitive materials or special shapes.
The 2.5 ° indexing base provides good accessibility to the measurement of part characteristics from almost any angle and direction, and achieves the best alignment of the confocal white light sensor with the surface under test. In addition, combined with the Hexcon automatic changing frame, different sensors can be easily switched on the indexing seat, which maximizes the multi-sensor flexibility of the CMM.

GLOBAL Speed is suitable for fast measurement or reverse design of the whole surface of the part
GLOBAL Speed comes standard with Hexcon's cutting-edge laser scanning sensor HP-L, which combines unparalleled speed, accuracy and flexibility to simplify complete non-contact point cloud capture of free-form surfaces.
The HP-L laser scanning sensor can capture up to 600,000 points per second, enabling fast and high-precision point cloud extraction of the entire part surface from complex shaped shells to turbine blades. Then, the point cloud data is compared with the deviation of the workpiece CAD or the point cloud is directly reverse designed.
The indexing measuring seat ensures that the sensor is always optimally aligned with the surface of the workpiece to be measured, while the automatic sensor changing rack enables fully automatic exchange of laser sensors with other contact sensors or optical sensors during the measuring procedure.
