In recent years, with the progress of measurement technology, more and more non-contact measurement technology has been introduced into the aerospace and other fields, and has been effective application, greatly improving the measurement efficiency and productivity.
Among the many types of non-contact probe measurement methods, the sensor based on the principle of laser interference and confocal white light has matured, and with its fast response, high sampling frequency, accurate measurement and other advantages, it has successfully solved the problems that are difficult or impossible to solve in contact measurement, such as the small arc of the front and rear edge of the blade and the problem of three-dimensional radius compensation error.
At present, high-precision optical scanning measurement technology and equipment has formed a relatively perfect method, and is already a mature product and equipment, so as to achieve automation and intelligence in the processing and measurement of blades.
Solution
The special optical measurement system for Hexcon blades adopts a new type of optical scanning probe as the front sensor and combines with professional blade measurement software, which can realize the measurement and evaluation of geometric parameters of the specified section of the tested blade profile, thus providing perfect technical solutions for various blade measurements in the current manufacturing process of aero-engines in China. The whole measurement system includes:
