Leitz Infinity measurement system condenses LEITZ's professional manufacturing experience for nearly 40 years, and realizes the measurement error "E" value within 0.3 L / 1000 [μm] in the space range of 1200 x 1000 x 575mm, thus setting a benchmark for measurement accuracy in the industry. For challenging measurement tasks, as well as ultra-high-precision quality requirements and process control tasks, Leitz Infinity adopts strict design and manufacturing technology, and is equipped with precision detection technology to fully interpret ultra-high precision measurement. Leitz Infinity through the configuration of ultra-high performance and low detection force contact LSP-S4 detection system, can complete the ultra-high precision optical lens and surface measurement tasks. It can also be equipped with ultra-high-precision non-contact sensors to control shape tolerances. It can measure high-precision surfaces of any material (such as unknown materials, sensitive materials, mirrors and coatings, etc.) for inspection, and even expand to microscopic measurements.
