1. The ball rod interferometer tracks the movement of the machine tool in the processing area through a multi-stage telescopic tube, and realizes the rapid and simple detection of geometric errors and the acquisition of measurement data.

2. Two precision spherical magnetic joints installed on the worktable and machine tool spindle provide a highly stable pivot point for the measurement of the ball bar interferometer, and the support ball bar interferometer flexibly calibrates 3 to 5 axis small and medium-sized machine tools.

Thanks to the precise optical layout, the starting and ending points of the measuring beam are always located in the center of the spherical magnetic joint, ensuring full compliance with the "Abbe principle", so that all results are based on spatial interferometry, ensuring the highest accuracy and traceability.
