The CALIPRI C14 portable Clearance Difference Measurement device provides fast and accurate clearance, difference and radius measurements for the quality requirements of automotive and aerospace users. Portable measuring devices provide contactless detection of gaps, flanges and waistlines in seconds.

NEXTSENSE's patented CALIPRI principle is applied, and the device also uses advanced laser optical cutting technology with unique real-time tilt correction. The user's handheld device rotates around the measurement target to scan the 2D profile, capturing the 2D slice from different angles - going deep inside the gap and recording the full edge. The key dimensions measured will be displayed on both the tablet and sensor and can be compared to theoretical values. The application is similar to the display mode of red and green traffic lights, so that the out-of-tolerance and deviation situation is clear.

CALIPRI C14 is widely used for quality control of automotive bodies and measurement analysis in measurement rooms, including general clearance and surface difference measurements, sealing clearance measurements, and other applications.
