CALIPRI C15 on-line hand-held gap and face difference measuring equipment provides two configurations: CALIPRI C15 Flex and CALIPRI C15 Fix, both of which adopt laser light cutting technology. The sensor is connected with the computer host through wifi, which can continuously measure gap and face difference on the production line and is suitable for gap and face difference detection on the automobile production line.
The CALIPRI C15 is extremely rugged and designed for workshop use. It is extremely simple to operate and provides accurate measurement results with minimal training. By gently rotating the handheld sensor, the user can capture the entire outline of the gap from multiple viewing angles, and the measurement results are visually displayed on the monitor screen, and the out-of-tolerance measurement results are highlighted in the set color.
CALIPRI C15 is used to improve perceived quality online throughout the entire automotive production cycle. Common application areas include: gap and surface difference in welding workshop, sealing gap, online detection station of waist line, online detection station of gap surface difference and matching and appearance in assembly workshop, and online or line end rework audit station. It is also used for supplier verification before shipment to the vehicle factory, such as sheet metal crimping and seam quality inspection.
