CALIPRI C12 / CB20 full-automatic clearance and surface difference measuring equipment, 100% of all assembled car bodies can be fully inspected on the welding line or the assembly line, and translucent and transparent parts can be detected.

The CALIPRI C12 and the CALIPRI CB20 are compatible with various industrial robots as well as human-robot collaborative robots. Through the integration of robots and online programmable logic controllers (PLC), the whole system can fully adapt to the online detection of various models.

The CALIPRI C12 is usually used in the body-in-white (BIW) weld line or rework station, while the CALIPRI CB20 is usually installed on the final assembly line. The test results of both systems can be automatically displayed in real time to guide the rework and fine adjustment of the rework station, and can provide compensation data for robot assembly.

CALIPRI fully automatic measurement system is used for multiple automotive production stages, including online gap and face difference detection on BIW welding lines, as well as online gap and face difference detection on spraying or final assembly lines, supporting "stop/go" station or measurement in different scenarios of moving lines.
