The Leica Absolute Laser Tracker AT500 makes measurement easier without compromising the portability, flexibility and productivity of the device. The installation of the AT500 is very simple, and it only takes a blink of an eye from the transport box to the start of the measurement. IP54 protection and a wider operating temperature range make it easy for the AT500 to work even under the most challenging conditions. From the simple ultra-long distance reflection ball detection function to the reliable 6DoF detection function with the help of B- Probeplus, no matter the size of the workpiece, no matter when and where, AT500 is ready to serve modern manufacturing with professionalism!
The use of AT500 is extremely simple, open the transport box, turn on the power supply, the user can start measuring. It uses a built-in controller, can be powered by a battery, no cable, no need to find the right, no reflection ball initialization, the operation is more convenient. The system provides two IATA-compliant batteries and supports hot-swappable operation for up to 6 hours.
The AT500 is faster and adopts a new generation of patented PowerLock automatic locking technology, which can quickly reconstruct the interrupted optical path without user intervention, effectively avoiding the waste of time. In addition, the system also provides a new AT500 connection application, allowing users to directly set up and upgrade the network on their smartphone or tablet.
AT500 meets the requirements of IP54 protection level, and the working temperature range can reach -15 to 50°C. It can be measured at any time from outdoor to workshop site. With an all-in-one integrated design, as the first absolute laser tracker with a built-in controller, the AT500 has achieved unprecedented portability.
The new B- Probeplus provides users with a better experience.
