The Leica absolute tracker AT960 is the first truly portable laser measurement system with powerful dynamic six degrees of freedom function produced by Hexon. It can provide absolute high speed, high precision and portability even in the face of the most challenging large-scale measurement tasks. The system has unmatched ease of use, integrates many advanced measurement functions, and can be perfectly used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding, manufacturing and other industrial fields.
The Leica absolute tracker AT960 weighs less than 14kg and can be quickly opened and measured almost anywhere. It supports high-speed dynamic measurement, can be used in conjunction with various first-class metering sensors such as T-Probe, T-SCAN, T-MAC, AS1, etc., and can provide comprehensive high-precision on-site measurement solutions such as 3D reflection sphere measurement, 6 degrees of freedom detection, 7DoF real-time control, non-contact scanning, full-automatic detection, etc.
The Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is designed with integrated technology, with wireless communication and battery operation options, making it possible to complete the setup and start measurements much faster than before. The Leica Absolute Interferometer (AIFM) enables high-precision, high-speed measurements on moving targets, and innovative Powerlock features ensure off-beam continuity without user intervention, reducing operator workload and training requirements. Intuitive touch screen controls minimize the possibility of user misoperation. The AT960 also has self-test and compensation functions, allowing basic adjustments to be made in the field, and its rugged design minimizes calibration and maintenance.
Through the application of real-time function package and Leica T-Mac measurement system, AT960 can meet the requirements of high-end automation installation for deterministic measurement data transmission. It can transmit 7 degrees of freedom measurement data at an output rate of up to 1000HZ, and realize real-time control of the machine under high dynamic robot setting state.
The Leica AT960 has a measuring space diameter of up to 160 meters, which can meet the needs of users for various large-scale field measurement applications.
